Return Policy

GimStonz aims to please their customers, so if you are unhappy with your jewelry purchase we will accept returned merchandise in exchange for store credit within the first 30 days of the shipment date (the date your order is placed - or, in the event of a custom order, the date upon which the invoice is emailed to you - or postmarked if you prefer your order be delivered via other means).  We feel that this is ample time for our customers to decide whether or not they want to keep their purchase, so please contact us via phone or email within this 30-day period to let us know you are returning something - if you decide on the 31st day that you want to return your order for store credit, you will not be able to do so.  

Additionally, customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning unwanted merchandise (postage, packaging, insurance, etc.). This also extends to when one is returning an item purchased with store credit. In any case, extra shipping fees and any overage charges associated with purchases and returns are the responsibility of the customer.  

Any credited items will not be shipped until any additional shipping or fees are completed and confirmed.
